Client Executive to our domestic client portfolio

Extenda is now looking for a Client Executive to be in charge of the sales performance of our Swedish client's like Apoteket, Systembolaget, Kappahl and Stadium. In the role as Client Executive you will be responsible for delivering on the company strategy and develop our customers as well as to achieve short and long term financial targets with full profit and loss reasonability for your client’s. You will also be responsible for creating necessary conditions to deliver sustainable growth as well as provide highest customer satisfaction. As a Client Executive at Extenda you will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and you will be instrumental to drive business development and coordinating sales activities as well as managing the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all revenue and profit with the client as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to key strategic investments, ensure product improvement and developing client’s business.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations, ensure all customer expectations and contract commitments are managed and delivered upon.
  • Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecast of sales opportunities and pipeline management.
  • Coordinate and drive business development by identifying new opportunities in client’s business and managing the development process.

The most important aspects to succeed in this role is that you have a genuine interest in business development together with a drive and combined curiosity to always develop yourself. We think that you are a highly motivated and commercially driven individual with 7-14 years of experience in sales and business management with a great interest and technology understanding.

We also think that you have a curious personality with great inter-personal skills and enjoys working in close contact with customer. In this role you will be managing contacts with persons across different levels of seniority in the client organization and it is therefore important that you have the ability to cover high level business targets working with C level as well as being used to manage in depth details when working in operational aspects with specialists.

Skills and Experience:

  • 7-14 years of experience in a similar role within sales and business management preferably with a technology understanding.
  • Business acumen and goal oriented personality.
  • Endurance and experience of working in long lasting processes and long-term cycles.
