The role as client executive

Extenda is now looking for a Client Executive that is in charge of the sales performance of our major Swedish customers and you will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. You will be responsible for delivering on the company strategy and develop our customers as well as to achieve short and long term financial targets with full profit and loss reasonability for your customers. You will be instrumental to drive business development and coordinating sales activities as well as managing the sales process. In this role you are responsible for creating the necessary conditions to deliver sustainable growth as we well as provide the highest customer satisfaction.


  • Accountable for all revenue and profit with the client as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to key strategic investments, ensure product improvement and developing clients business.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations, ensure all customer expectations and contract commitments are managed and delivered upon.
  • Manage existing client portfolios on domestic market such as Apoteket, Kappahl, Systembolaget and Stadium
  • Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecast of sales opportunities and pipeline management.
  • Coordinate and drive business development by identifying new opportunities in clients business and managing the development process.

In this role you will be managing contacts with persons across different levels of seniority in the client organization and it is therefore important that you have the ability to cover high level business targets working  with C level as well as being used to manage in depth details when working in operational aspects  with specialists.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 + years of experience in sales and business management preferably with a techcnology understanding
  • Business acumen and goal oriented
  • Endurance and used to work in long lasting processes and long-term selling cycles
  • To be attentive and keeping yourself updated about trends and the development in the retail industry
  • Curious personality with penchant for networking and enjoys working in close contact with customer
  • Great inter-personal skills with great and compelling communication skills
